The winner of best headphones in the world several times over, Utopia has become a market leader in high-end headphones. In 2020, Focal introduced new packaging, including several accessories (two cables and a carrying case) to give our customers an improved unboxing experience. The Best of High-Fidelity Sound

Utopia still harbors its ‘M’-shaped dome, pure Beryllium speaker drivers for transparent and true sound reproduction. However, Focal has developed a brand-new voice coil that brings together reliability and lightness to the speaker driver.

Some customers have unfortunately encountered issues with speaker drivers in their original Utopia headphones, so Focal has worked tirelessly to resolve this. The new voice coil is made of 30% copper and 70% aluminum making the driver extremely reliable whilst maintaining excellent performance.

Pushing the limits even further, Focal improved linearity and reproduction of the treble by incorporating the ‘M’-shaped speaker driver grille (developed for Clear Mg), following the curve of the dome. With the new Utopia, you get unequalled sound performance with vastly improved reliability!

The light and flexible surround also provides better dynamics and greater bass impact. The sound reproduction is even finer, with even greater precision and impact, creating a strikingly realistic sound.

The new grille has a honeycomb ‘M’-shaped design that more closely follows the curves of the driver. The more open design allows for a wider soundstage, while the reduced space between the driver and grille enables even more precise high-frequency reproduction.

Clear Mg headphones stand out first and foremost for their look. With their Chestnut and Mixed-Metal finish and their fine materials (leather, aluminium, microfibre), the headphones are extremely elegant. Bathys Dune: Step Into the Light

Focal has designed a luminous finish to join the Bathys collection, in contrast with the existing Black Silver finish and catering to its customers’ differing tastes. Applied to the headphones in their entirety, the carrying case and the cables, the Dune finish is inspired by quarry minerals, Greek landscapes and desert sands – in short, delicate spaces flooded with light. It combines a beige colour with silver details (grilles, rings, etc.) for an elegant, mellow and harmonious finish.

Cutting-Edge Technologies

Featuring the latest Bluetooth® 5.1 technology, a battery life of over 30 hours when using Bluetooth® and Active noise cancelling mode, Bathys headphones make the perfect travel companion to take with you wherever you go.

Compatible with SBC, AAC, Apt-X™ and Apt-X™ Adaptive codecs, they provide a broad choice of connectivity modes. In terms of sound, the Aluminum/Magnesium ‘M’-shaped dome speaker drivers – made in France in our ateliers – give the headphones an audio quality that’s unrivaled in its category. Our speaker drivers, equipped with patented Focal technology, have been slightly revamped to adapt to the constraints of a portable set of headphones – they are now lighter with a smaller volume. The result is a clear, dynamic and very precise sound, while retaining a sound signature that is optimized for use on the move: a present, ever-controlled bass.

Dekoni’s Stellia-style earpads are back! After the successful run and subsequent end of the Limited Edition series earpads, we’re happy to state that they’ve returned in their full glory.

The pads feature a partial mesh inner face, allowing for a controlled amount of venting, resulting in a deeper bass and slightly wider soundstage vs fully sealed pads such as our Elite Sheepskin pads.

The pads support a wide variety of Focal’s headphone lineup, offering an expanded tuning opportunity alongside our Elite series to help you find that perfect sound.

Save your Focal headband from getting all gross over time by using this comfort strap! This Comfort Strap is designs for the Focal series of headphones. This should fit on the Focal Elex, Elegia, Utopia, Clear, Clear MG, Stellia, Celestee, and Radiance. This strap does not fit on the Bathys
