RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

We have a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility: Item must be in the same condition you received it—unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. You need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders: Inspect your order upon delivery. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Non-Returnable Items (Final Sale): Perishable goods Custom or personalized products Personal care items Hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases Gift cards and final sale items

Exchanges: Return your original item and place a new order for the item you want quickly.

Refunds: We notify you once we receive and inspect your return. If approved, the refund is issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days pass, contact us at support@bloomstereo.com.
