Pro-Ject XA B | Audiophile Turntable
Regular price $1,649.00 Save $-1,649.00

For over 30 years Pro-Ject has designed & built turntables that focus on sound quality over convenience-oriented features, but that hasn't stopped them from experimenting with materials that vary in their resonance properties.
Acrylic has been in their repertoire for decades. Pro-Ject's first ever acrylic turntable was the Pro-Ject 6.9 Perspective, and it was a huge success. 6PerspeX variants have been around for 15+ years too, not to mention a host of 2Xperience variants in acrylic. Needless to say, the limited run of their Perspective Final Edition turntable sold out swiftly as well.
They take pride in how these turntables take advantage of both the aesthetic & sonic values of acrylic in hi-fi, but using acrylic in manufacturing is not as easy as you might think. True, it's anti-resonant, but the rest of the turntable must also lend itself to the sonic equation. Measurement & critical listening reveal that acrylic can actually over-damp sonics if it's not used thoughtfully. XA B uses an Aluminum tonearm & platter, the Pick it PRO Balanced cartridge & purpose-selected isolation feet to render music in a lively, dynamic & detail-rich manner... an experience that becomes doubly immersive when you decide to take the plunge into the world of balanced phono.
The XA B turntable features a premium 10“ one-piece Aluminum armtube. The single piece tube heightens rigidity while the 10" length widens the tonearm's arc, reducing tracing error. The low-friction 4-pinpoint cardanic bearing assembly guarantees precise, stable & accurate tracking. They have selected the Aluminum armtube over carbon fiber for its sonic merits when paired with the resonant frequency of the acrylic plinth.
The tonearm also offers audiophiles full control over their adjustment parameters for fine-tuning of VTA & azimuth, encouraging various cartridges and/or record mats to achieve their desired sonics. VTA & azimuth are crucial adjustments in the scheme of cartridge performance & demand evaluation.

The Pro-Ject Pick it PRO Balanced cartridge allows for "True Balanced" signal transmission. A revised version of the Pick it PRO re-routes the grounding so that it sends a symmetrical signal. The big advantage of a balanced connection is its ability to remove accrued noise and interference from the transmission line.
Additionally, Pro-Ject's "True Balanced" cable range offers several options for connecting your XA B to the Phono Box S3 B, Phono Box DS3 B or the Tube Box DS3 B phono stages.

The 3.75 lb die-cast Aluminum platter is precision balanced with additional machining after casting. This facilitates perfect platter rotation while playing records. The heavy Aluminum platter also adds a TPE (thermoplastic elastomer) damping ring & corresponding cutout on the underside, muting any resonance created by the metal record platter and contributing to the flywheel effect.
Cables cannot add any information back to a given signal. Rather, they're responsible for allowing as much musical information as possible through to the receiving device. This is why Pro-Ject included the Connect it Phono E 5P > RCA cable. Optimized for phono applications, they have implemented quality metals & careful configuration to ensure lossless signal transmission.
The XA B stands on (x3) damped & height-adjustable feet for excellent isolation. By using 3 feet they are able to increase stability on uneven surfaces for optimal leveling - a critical setup parameter in terms of maximizing the performance of a tonearm & cartridge.

Pro-Ject's turntables use switch-mode power supplies for good reason. They take the unrefined AC power from your wall and convert it to DC. That DC power is then fed to DC/AC generator within the turntable, which in turn powers the AC motor. The advantage is that a completely new sine wave is created by the generator, fully decoupling your turntable from the dirty AC power coming from your outlet. This amounts to steady power being fed to the motor thereby enhancing speed stability.
Clean & stable power is critical for phono setups. The included power supply is a great starting point but you can take it further.
Power Box S3 Phono provides power for the XA B as well as your Pro-Ject phono stage (18V). Its two outputs are specifically engineered to power Pro-Ject turntables and phono preamps simultaneously. The sophisticated DC filtration can have a dramatic impact on overall sound quality.
In addition to the sonic improvements, Power Box S3 Phono also offers users a cleaner cable solution (only one wall-wart needed for the PSU).

Pro-Ject X8 Evolution with Sumiko Moonstone | Audiophile Turntable
Regular price $2,499.00 Save $-2,499.00

The X8 turntable is a true high-end solution with major technical features adapted from the Xtension 9 and 10. The precision balanced platter is machined out of a single piece of aluminum and damped with a TPE (Thermo Plastic Elastomer) insert. The platter rotates on an inverted bearing with ceramic ball and PTFE thrust pad. To decrease the load on the bearing, an opposing neodymium magnet repels the platter from the plinth and bearing, ensuring smooth and quiet operation for decades to come.
The massive MDF chassis is supported by custom feet which are are CNC machined out of aluminum and are fully height-adjustable. They utilize TPE damping technology, very effectively decoupling the X8 from the surface it is placed on.
The combination of mass and damping provide a very stable system, isolating the stylus from both airborne and structural vibrations, without being finicky to setup and remains stable and properly aligned over time. You hear your music, not the turntable.
The 9cc EVO carbon tonearm utilizes inverted cardanic tonearm bearings, has four stainless steel tips mounted in ABEC 7 quality ball bearings mounted in a C-shaped section to minimize resonances. The low mass one-piece carbon fiber tonearm tube is crafted in a conical shape to minimize standing wave vibrations. The tonearm wire loom is one piece, from the cartridge to the 5pin DIN output, designed to allow either single ended or True Balanced phono connection.

Sumiko Phono Cartridges pair well with Pro-Ject tonearms. Their sonic synergy delivers non-fatiguing music that can be enjoyed for hours with no sacrifice to low-level detail & resolution- the things that make our music reproduction spring to life! Upgrading your stylus is an easy, low-risk path to immediate, audible improvement in your analog experience that only improve with break-in. Cartridge/stylus break-in occurs progressively as you listen. Our listeners notice the greatest degree of improvement in the 20-50 hour range.
Setting us apart from the competition, all Pro-Ject turntables are configured for balanced operation.* Switching to balanced is no subtle upgrade and promises to redefine ‘reference’ sound quality in your turntable system. What’s needed to get there are a) a moving coil cartridge, b) a turntable with balanced phono outputs, c) a phono preamp with balanced phono inputs and d) a balanced cable carrying the phono signal from turntable to phono preamp. Typically a much more costly endeavor, Pro-Ject has changed that landscape by offering products that make the technology attainable to any serious listener.
X8 Evolution comes equipped with a balanced 5-pin DIN phono output and can be run balanced with either DIN > XLR or DIN > mini XLR phono cables and a balanced phono stage. The turntable ships with a DIN > RCA phono cable for maximum compatibility out of the box (unbalanced dual single-ended RCA/ground is by far the most common connection type in phono). Balanced add-ons are sold separately.

Pro-Ject VC-S3 | Vinyl Record Cleaner
Regular price $799.00 Save $-799.00
![]()
The VC-S3 is Pro-Ject’s latest premium vacuum-based record cleaner with new & superior features including a magnetic record clamp, pre-mixed cleaning fluid and a better-protected, more robust motor assembly. Especially great for large batches of records, it works fast & thorough providing improvement in sound quality that’s immediately audible.
Vinyl records need dedicated maintenance. Even brand new records benefit from a thorough cleaning as the manufacturing process often leaves residue in the grooves. Dry-cleaning with a static-dissipating carbon fiber record brush is no doubt worthwhile for removing superficial dust, but a wet-cleaning process is a must if you intend to extract the most information possible from your vinyl LPs. Accordingly, a suitable cleaning fluid is paramount. Though fast to dry, alcohol-based cleaning fluids can be abrasive to the finer aspects of the grooves, especially over time. This is why we’ve designed our eco-friendly, alcohol-free record cleaning fluid we call Wash it 2. We dilute the concentrate for you so it’s ready for use, saving you an additional step in the process. It also prevents the accidental use of unsuitable water and/or an unsuitable ratio, reducing the margin of error in the cleaning equation. Simplifying things further still, the VC-S3’s vacuum is mighty, leaving your records spotless in just a rotation or two.
We’ve removed the screw-down clamp from this design for the sake of efficiency. The magnetic clamp not only protects the record label from fluid damage, it also speeds up the whole cleaning process. Place your record over the spindle, drop the clamp in place (you’ll feel the magnetic attraction!) and you’re ready for the scrubbing & vacuuming steps. A soft goat hair bristle wet-cleaning record brush is supplied for the initial scrub. The robust, easy-to-use metal arm is mechanically stable and focuses all suction power directly onto the record surface. Paired with a self-adhesive, soft-brushing arm strip, your record grooves are cleaned to perfection leaving only the musical material to be heard. The internal reservoir (2.5L) collects the spent cleaning fluid. Wash it 2 readily evaporates in the reservoir too, meaning the container rarely needs emptying. If/when it does need emptying, a pouring spout is also provided (see user manual).
The VC-S3 is made in Europe from high quality materials and in sturdy form. With many practical features and excellent mechanical operation, the VC-S3 combines industrial design appeal with an affordable, highly effective path toward pristine sound quality from vinyl records.

Pro-Ject Tube Box DS3 B | Tube Phono Preamp
Regular price $1,099.00 Save $-1,099.00

Tube Boxes have been an integral part of Pro-Ject's product portfolio for years. The new Tube Box DS3 B adds balanced in/outs to the beloved tube amplification. This precision tube phono preamplifier benefits from outstanding circuit technology from Dr. Sykora and uses ultimate components.
You can connect two turntables at the same time & easily set everything on the front plate. Each input setting is stored in memory. Large ranges from 40dB up to 65dB are possible. You can perfectly match it with a wide variety of cartridges and integrate it into the rest of your HiFi system, matching the volume levels accurately to other sources like CD players or streaming devices. Load impedance can be set continuously via potentiometer, a system invented by Pro-Ject Audio Systems. It allows you to seamlessly adjust the impedance during playback and immediately assess the impact of different load options. This is necessary to find just the right load impedance for your cartridge. No other manufacturer implements this feature in this precise and extreme manner.

Connect your turntable either with the 5-pin mini XLR cable or standard XLR cables and profit from a balanced signal transmission. Symmetrical (a.k.a. balanced) transmissions consist of a hot and a cold (+ and -) signal. Both signal chains effectively carry the same musical information. The Tube Box DS3 B can extract the final musical information out of the +/- signals and remove all noise that was potentially added along the transmission. All components including tube output and polypropylene capacitors are audiophile grade and guarantee a breathtaking sound experience.

Pro-Ject Debut PRO B | Balanced Audiophile Turntable
Regular price $1,099.00 Save $-1,099.00

Pro-Ject's Debut PRO B enhances the design of the Debut PRO turntable with a balanced mini XLR output and balanced MM phono cartridge (the first of its kind!) For balanced operation, you only need a mini XLR cable to connect the turntable to a Phono Box S3 B, Phono Box DS3 B, or Tube Box DS3 B balanced phono preamp.
The Debut PRO B features a one-piece armtube precision-machined from Aluminum and wrapped in Carbon Fiber. The Carbon layer increases rigidity while the inner Aluminum tube lends additional mass and damping.
This super-stiff, uniquely-damped tonearm construction ensures meticulously accurate tracking of the record groove.

The Pro-Ject Pick it PRO Balanced cartridge allows for "True Balanced" signal transmission. A revised version of the Pick it PRO, it re-routes the grounding so that it sends a symmetrical signal. The big advantage of a balanced connection is its ability to remove accrued noise and interference from the transmission line.
Additionally, Project's "True Balanced" cable range offers several options for connecting your Debut PRO B to their Phono Box S3 B, Phono Box DS3 B or Tube Box DS3 B phono stages.

Debut PRO B's tonearm allows for adjustment of both azimuth and vertical tracking angle (VTA). The tonearm height can be continuously adjusted by loosening the two grub screws at the rear of the collar (and re-tightening them when desired height is reached!).
This flexibility gives you the option of adapting the tonearm height should you want to explore various record mats and/or phono cartridges.
The nickel finish of the aluminum components results in harder, less resonant surfaces that look great. This process enables us to produce very high-quality and sustainable components. Pro-Ject avoids plastics and similarly "cheap" materials as much as possible.
The precision-CNC-machined components are aesthetically matched, and culminate in Debut PRO B's simple, modern and elegant visual appeal.
Platter speed is controlled electronically with the utmost precision and stability. Easily change between 33 and 45rpm with the toggle switch. With the supplied round belt for 78rpm, you can also enjoy shellac discs.
To prevent motor vibration from reaching the cartridge, Debut PRO B uses the latest motor suspension responsible for excellent decoupling of the motor from the plinth.
The die-cast aluminum platter is precision balanced with additional machining after casting. This facilitates perfect platter rotation while playing records.
The heavy aluminum platter also adds TPE a (thermoplastic elastomer) damping ring and corresponding cutout on the underside, muting any resonance created by the metal record platter and contributing to the flywheel effect.

Cables cannot add any information back to a given signal, rather, they're responsible for allowing as much musical information as possible through to the receiving device. This is why Pro-Ject includes their Connect it Phono E RCA cable. Optimized for phono applications, they've implemented quality metals and careful configuration to ensure lossless signal transmission.
Power Box S3 Phono provides power for the Debut PRO B (15V) as well as your Pro-Ject phono stage (18V).

Pro-Ject Debut PRO | Audiophile Turntable
Regular price $999.00 Save $-999.00

Pro-Ject Audio Systems have more to add to the Debut series – in fact, let’s call it a ‘statement’, a massive upgrade from our first Pro-Ject Debut Carbon. The relatively recent release of Debut Carbon EVO was beyond successful, but Heinz Lichtenegger’s wheels were still turning. The performance enhancements for EVO were indeed profound, but there was more to strike while the proverbial iron was hot. The ceaseless pursuit for improvement, attention to detail, advancements in research, development, and manufacturing amount to a Debut turntable for the ages.
Our new Debut PRO turntable is a machine that tackles the range of turntables at a retail price $1000 or less. The Debut PRO turntable does so in several meaningful ways.
Borrowed from the audiophile-grade X1 & X2 turntables, Debut PRO implements the tried and true one-piece carbon-fiber-wrapped aluminum armtube. This heightens rigidity and mass allowing it to more effectively control more massive phono cartridges at this effective arm length. The composite carbon-fiber tonearm is also more effective at damping armtube resonance, allowing the signal to pass through unencumbered. PRO features a sophisticated tonearm bearing block made of nickel-plated aluminum.
Here again, we see an exercise in rigidity while maintaining the ultra-smooth lateral motion of this high-end tonearm. The icing is the tonearm collar, yielding the first Debut model to offer adjustment of vertical tracking angle. Azimuth is also readily adjustable. Listeners can fine-tune the full range of cartridge adjustment parameters to optimize the sound quality of most any phono cartridge.
With TPE damping for resonance control and die-cast for hi-fi precision, the platter is made of aluminum and adds a ridged slot on the bottom side to cleanly enclose the TPE ring. The surface of the platter is gorgeously satin-ized in a way that hasn’t yet been seen on a Pro-Ject machine. The ridged slot plus the TPE itself adds rotational mass to the platter’s periphery, which reduces wow & fluttering while the platter rotates!
The satin black finish uses 8 coats hand-painted over MDF – a classy, high-quality job done in-house at the factory in Europe. The brushed metal trimmings for Debut PRO further reinforce a smooth, elegant aesthetic that’s sure to remain timeless. Sustainably made and free of plastic, the high-precision aluminum bearing block, dust cover, RCA inputs, arm-board & collar, counterweight & anti-skate, height-adjustable metal feet, an isolated power supply and adapter, and toggle switch exude quality both in sight and sound.
It’s paired with the Sumiko Rainier phono cartridge, one of the top performers from the phono cartridge manufacturer.
Pair it with a Phono Box preamp, phono stage, or digital amplifier with the included Connect-It E phono cable to ensure solid and dependable analog playback.
Debut PRO ships with 2 different drive belts:
The 78rpm belt is designed for use with the larger/bottom pulley diameter with the differently-shaped slot. Installing the 78rpm belt incorrectly compromises its integrity and can lead to damage.
Additionally, please note that it’s not advisable to play 78rpm records with the Rainier stylus as it will sound poor and cause undue harm to discs or your cartridge. Sumiko has developed a 78 stylus for this very reason - it tracks the grooves properly and reduces the risk of harm to your collection.
CLICK HERE to view the video tutorial for replacing and/or upgrading your Sumiko stylus! Also enjoy our gorgeous rendering of a Sumiko moving magnet cartridge in action HERE.
Debut PRO comes equipped with a balanced RCA/ground phono output and can be run balanced with an RCA > mini XLR phono cable and a balanced phono stage with a mini XLR input (Phono Box S3 B & DS3 B). The turntable ships with an RCA/ground > RCA/ground phono cable for maximum compatibility out of the box (unbalanced dual single-ended RCA/ground is by far the most common connection type in phono). Balanced add-ons are sold separately. Browse options for balanced phono preamps & cables in the reel below!

Pro-Ject Debut EVO 2 | Audiophile Turntable
Regular price $799.00 Save $-799.00

Pro-Ject's improved and updated Debut EVO 2 turntable offers incredible value at its price point and represents a premium choice for the listener looking for a basic vinyl table with an accessible price tag. Debut EVO 2 introduces several enhancements over the original Debut Carbon EVO, aiming to refine performance and listening experience for vinyl enthusiasts:
The Debut EVO 2 turntable features an 8.6” carbon fiber armtube with a sturdy aluminum bearing block (like Debut PRO), ensuring precise, stable tracking. Its one-piece armtube and headshell design minimize resonance, optimizing cartridge performance for detailed, immersive sound.
Adaptive Anti-Skating Mechanism
As the skating force varies between the inner and outer grooves of a vinyl record, Pro-Ject's anti-skating mechanism adjusts accordingly.
Carbon Fiber Tonearm Tube
Super stiff and light-weight one-piece 8.6" carbon tonearm design.
Massive Low-Friction Bearing
The CNC-milled Aluminum bearing block facilitates very low friction & high rigidity.

The 3.75 lbs die-cast Aluminum platter is precision-balanced and features a TPE damping ring to minimize resonance and enhance stability. Upgrading from the previous steel design, the Debut EVO 2 supports moving coil cartridges for improved performance.

The Debut EVO 2 stands on three height-adjustable TPE-damped feet for easy leveling & great isolation. By using 3 feet they are able to increase stability on uneven surfaces while minimizing surface-contact.
The new Pick it MM EVO cartridge completes the Debut EVO 2 in all respects. It compliments the tonearm sonically & aesthetically. Teaming up with Danish cartridge specialists for development, Pro-Ject implemented split-pole pins known for achieving a flat frequency response typically only achievable with moving coil designs.

Pro-Ject includes the Connect it Phono E RCA cable, designed for optimal phono signal transmission with high-quality materials to minimize loss. The Debut EVO 2 features a balanced-capable RCA/ground phono output, compatible with RCA to mini XLR cables for use with balanced phono stages like the Phono Box DS3 B or Tube Box DS3 B.
Pro-Ject turntables use switch-mode power supplies to convert AC to DC, which is then regenerated into a clean sine wave. This process eliminates power impurities (like dirty AC power), ensuring stable motor performance and improved speed accuracy.

**DISCONTINUED: Debut Carbon EVO is sold out and discontinued. Check out Pro-Ject's successor turntable Debut EVO 2. |

The new Debut Carbon EVO represents the epitome of Pro-Ject’s philosophy: high performance, clean aesthetics, and superb value. The elegant, simple aesthetic is unmarred by gimmicks and is a pure, high-performance turntable. Need a phono preamp, Bluetooth / digital connectivity, USB interface, or integrated amp? Pro-Ject has you covered with a wide range of external electronics, optimized for any application.
Vinyl playback starts with the cartridge. The new Sumiko Rainier phono cartridge combines superb trackability with uncanny accuracy and clarity without sacrificing smoothness. Factory mounted and aligned on an 8.6″ low-mass carbon fiber tonearm, the Rainier offers a replaceable stylus that can be easily upgraded without the need to replace the cartridge, reset the alignment, or rebalance the arm.
Motors vibrate, a challenge for any designer to overcome as they negatively affect sound quality. The Debut Carbon EVO features a new motor suspension system made with high-mass composite construction for perfect alignment. Additionally, it has been decoupled from the plinth to reduce vibration and smoothly distribute rotational force. The only vibes we want are in the record grooves.

The DCE implements a sophisticated onboard power control circuit that generates a very precise signal to ensure accurate and consistent speed regardless of power supply fluctuation. There’s no need for adjustment, gimmicky lights and sliders, or additional external controllers - just reliable accuracy.
Given the increasing popularity of 9″ and high-quality 45rpm records, electronic speed change has been incorporated on the EVO. The selection switch is cleverly integrated with the power rocker switch under the front left corner.
The solid MDF plinth is painstakingly layered with 8 coats of paint, available in finishes that look and feel luxurious. The EVO is crafted in traditional high-gloss black, white and red (satin finishes available) along with a real walnut veneer. And the included dust cover reflects a build quality beyond typical entry-level turntables.
Most Debut owners are aware of Acryl it: a stylish acrylic platter that elevates the performance of all Debut variants via resonance control. Now you can further upgrade the platter assembly with Pro-Ject’s Debut Alu Sub-Platter: a higher-precision design that adds mass to the drive system, delivering improved speed stability and even more resonance control than Acryl it.

Debut Carbon EVO ships with 2 different drive belts:
The 78rpm belt is designed for use with the larger/bottom pulley diameter with the differently-shaped slot. Installing the 78rpm belt incorrectly compromises its integrity and can lead to damage.
Additionally, please note that it’s not advisable to play 78rpm records with the Rainier stylus as it will sound poor and cause undue harm to discs or your cartridge. Sumiko has developed a 78 stylus for this very reason - it tracks the grooves properly and reduces the risk of harm to your collection.

Pro-Ject Debut Alu Sub-Platter | Sub-Platter Upgrade
Regular price $199.00 Save $-199.00
The Debut Alu Sub-Platter elevates the performance of all Pro-Ject Debut variants. The diamond-cut aluminum material can be machined to tighter tolerances than the standard material and adds mass to the drive system, resulting in more effective damping of unwanted noise and resonance. The high-precision machining increases overall speed accuracy and improves wow & flutter.

Pro-Ject Damp it | Vibration Damping Feet
Regular price $39.00 Save $-39.00
Audio components can be sensitive to mechanical vibration, which limits their high fidelity performance. To keep vibration from your valuable equipment, Damp it feet are a perfect solution with maximum effect at the lowest possible price. Damp it offer similar characteristics as their superior big brother Absorb it, but without high-class aluminium casing. Designed to be placed underneath bookshelf speakers or the original feet of sensitive equipment like turntables, all disc players, tube amplifiers and other components. Damp it prevents transmission of vibration when positioned on vibrating surfaces like glass, metal or thin wood panels. When Damp it is used for both bookshelf speakers and turntable, you can play up to 30% louder without the risk of acoustical feedback. Surfaces typically are excited by speakers, subwoofers or simply by low frequency emission caused by road traffic and transformers. Speaker cabinets and almost all feet of audio devices, like turntables, amplifiers, disc players are not designed to isolate sufficiently from frequency ranges, that really matter.
Damp it consists of high tech synthetic rubber material, that dampens a wide frequency range from infrasonic to 500 Hz and therefore prevents transmission of structure-born sound effectively. It works like an electronic subsonic filter, but without having their assets and drawbacks. Because of its intelligent and rugged design, it can be used for all bookshelf speakers and any sensitive equipment with 3 or 4 feet and even with high mass units up to 20 kg!
Pro-Ject Clean it | Stylus Cleaner
Regular price $15.00 Save $-15.00
Analog appreciators agree that the Clean It carbon fiber stylus brush is a simple and perfect stylus cleaner tool for your turntable. The stylus brush is the best tool for quick anti-static maintenance and daily cleaning of your needle tip.
Without the need for cleaning fluid, Clean it gently removes dust and debris from your stylus tip with thousands of the finest carbon fibers. The result is a clear and perfect playback.

Combined with regular record cleaning and the use of a record brush, your vinyl records give the audiophile sound quality you demand on every spin. Hi-Fi and turntable stylus alike can benefit from the soft bristles of this stylus brush. Spare the cleaning solution and magic eraser while keeping a dirty stylus from getting in the way of your listening experience.
"It’s not a bad idea to gently clean your stylus whenever you see a 'dust comet' trailing the stylus, or every 20 plays or so to get any small particles you might not see. Remember though, that the stylus is fragile - don’t use a rag or the top of your finger! A soft, short bristle stylus cleaning brush should be used, and it should be pulled gently away from the front of the cartridge."
Jeff Coates - Fine Sounds, ROTEL US Distribution
Record collectors know the value of a great phono cartridge. But stylus care is paramount to ensuring each listening session gives you everything you expect. Stylus debris can destroy the experience of your record player. Even if you’ve used a record cleaner before you drop the tonearm, a fuzzy stylus needle can spoil the experience.
Rather than tampering with sensitive or costly styli by hand, using liquid cleaner, a gel pad, or warm water, the Clean It carbon fiber brush from Pro-Ject clears up the dust you could only see with a magnifying glass.
Pro-Ject Clamp it | Record Clamp
Regular price $119.00 Save $-119.00
Vinyl sounds best when unwanted resonances between the record and platter are reduced during playback, requiring a record clamp. The Clamp it from Pro-Ject is engineered to ensure your record stays put while you’re enjoying it.
The Clamp it keeps the surfaces of the record and platter solidly mated. Standard record pucks use weight to achieve this, but have two disadvantages: 1) The added weight can actually induce higher levels of main bearing rumble on lower-cost turntables that typically have less massive bearings, 2) Instead of tightening the records surface to the platter, heavyweight record pucks can cause the opposite: Vinyl will get shaped like a bowl with no contact of the outer edges of the record to the platter. Both scenarios will negatively affect playback.

The Clamp it provides a real solution to the above problems by clamping around the center spindle without adding excessive weight. You can also fine-tune clamping pressure depending on the condition of your warped records and can be installed within seconds. This accessory will not only please your ears, but it’s pleasing to the touch. It’s precision-machined and built to look great on any turntable!
*Note: due to platter + sub-platter vs. spindle height, we’ve determined that Clamp it is not compatible with T1, T1 Phono SB, nor T1 Phono BT.
Pro-Ject Brush it | Vinyl Record Cleaner
Regular price $15.00 Save $-15.00
Audiophiles rejoice! This vinyl brush is the simplest record cleaning solution to protect your record collection by eliminating surface dust from the record surface as you play. Our record brush features high-quality anti-static carbon fiber bristles.
During playback, holding these carbon fiber brush bristles over your vinyl record does more than get rid of the build up. This vinyl record brush removes dust particles from LP records, 10-inch, and 7-inch records by creating an anti-static discharge. Static electricity attracts dust to your records meaning that your hi-fi system will pick up pops and crackles as you listen, but a carbon fiber record brush avails you of that issue.

Rather than having to run a microfiber cloth, velvet brush, or wet cleaning solution, this is a quick and easy way to clean records when you plan to listen. Even a typical vinyl record cleaner without an anti-static record brush will leave your records holding a little bit of a static charge.
As you transport them from inner sleeves to your turntable, the stylus could still catch on some conductive material invisible to the naked eye. Even the most careful and dedicated vinyl collector contends with the enemy of household dust and fibers that float in the air and land on a record surface.
"I’m a big believer in a thorough wet cleaning before the first play and at least a quick brush for dust before every subsequent play. After a party or after a record’s been in heavy rotation, I’ll often do another wet cleaning on a vacuum cleaning system before putting it away"
Jeff Coates - Fine Sounds, ROTEL US Distribution
Pairing this cleaning brush with a stylus brush creates a more complete record cleaning kit. This record cleaning brush will leave your stylus cleaner and your record player sounding clearer over time. Carbon fiber bristles are the ideal material for a cleaner brush. Accept no substitutes.
Pro-Ject Anti-Skate Weight | Tonearm Weight
Regular price $12.00 Save $-12.00
The Anti-Skate Weight adds just enough mass to your tonearm to prevent skipping out of the groove on older or heavily worn records.
Pro-Ject Acryl it | Record Platter Upgrade
Regular price $179.00 Save $-179.00
Upgrade your Debut or 1Xpression turntable to "Esprit“ standards. Acryl it is made from acrylic with a sanitized surface and brings a more liquid sound that leaves no space for platter resonances.
The change is easily made: just exchange your metal platter for Acryl it. Unlike metal platters where a felt mat between record and platter is required to dampen metal resonance, you can put your record directly on the acrylic surface with nothing in between. Acryl it is able to improve overall performance significantly!
Pro-Ject AC/DC Turntable | Limited Edition Audiophile Turntable
Regular price $1,699.00 Save $-1,699.00

The legendary rock band AC/DC is known for their electrifying sound and high energy performances. The Australian band became iconic for their rock anthems, including "Back in Black“, "Highway to Hell“ and "Thunderstruck“. Their logo is one of the most recognizable symbols in rock music. The iconic font is reminiscent of a lightning bolt, which gave Pro-Ject the idea of this very special turntable design.
The new AC/DC turntable is engineered for audiophiles and music enthusiasts. The plinth is made of MDF which offers the perfect base. The stainless steel axle of the precision acrylic sub platter sits in a bronze bushing. A design highlight is the red LED lighting of the sub platter. The flat silicon belt builds the connection to the AC motor, which ensures stable speeds.
The glass platter is a heavy, zero-resonance design. The high mass of the platter produces the tightest and most accurate playback speeds and at the same time allows you to see the stunning turntable and all of its high-quality parts and incredible build quality - avoiding the flaws of plastic or lightweight construction.

The low resonance tonearm is a complete new design and follows the design idea of the AC/DC logo. The pre-adjusted Ortofon 2M Red cartridge fits the whole concept and delivers you the perfect sound.
Pro-Ject A2 Automat | Automatic Turntable
Regular price $1,499.00 Save $-1,499.00

The A2 perpetuates the success of Pro-Ject's A1 record player, building on the range of mechanical, fully automatic turntables. The A2 allows you to select the lateral location where the tonearm drops to the record groove. Make this selection with the dial for 7″ records (45rpm singles) or 12″ (33 or 45rpm vinyl records.) For additional flexibility, 78rpm has been added to the speed selector dial, allowing you to dust off your collection of old 10″ shellac records (please manually position the tonearm for 10″ 78s, then use the dampened cueing lever.)
NOTE: Remember that 78s have unusual groove width and are made of different materials than most other discs. We recommend Sumiko’s RS 78 stylus for use with the highly adept Sumiko Rainier moving magnet phono cartridge (it’s mounted & aligned at the factory!)
To enjoy listening to your A2 turntable, just flip the ‘Start’ switch. The tonearm will automatically move to the lead-in groove of the selected record size. Once playing, the automatic tonearm functions are entirely disengaged until the arm reaches the lead-out groove. At the lead-out groove, the tonearm will automatically lift and return to the arm rest and the turntable will shut down. Because the automatic functions are entirely mechanical, they bear no influence over sound quality during playback!
The A2 automatic record player features an ultra-low-mass 8.3″ aluminum tonearm. An arm tube with a larger diameter is used to accommodate more cartridges. The A2 is proudly supplied with a Sumiko Rainier ($149 value) which positions you to upgrade to Olympia, Moonstone or Wellfleet with a simple swap of the stylus.
The suspended sub-chassis design yields a fast response loaded with transient detail and alluring micro-dynamics, while the Sumiko Rainier lends its warmth & smoothness- a match made in heaven. The tonearm bearing features a 4-pinpoint gimbal with steel-tip ball bearings made in-house by Pro-Ject. This design yields the lowest amount of friction possible and A2 will trace your record grooves with the utmost precision.

The heavy MDF plinth is carefully hand-painted in a luxurious 8-coat matte black finish. Its mass greatly reduces unwanted resonance and isolates it from external vibration. The A2 then employs a system wherein the tonearm, platter bearing and motor are affixed to a separate, floating sub-chassis. This isolates the most critical components from external noise, resonance & interference. This can be especially advantageous when, for example, your loudspeakers are near your turntable in proximity.

Damping the counterweight makes the tonearm as a whole more robust. It also decouples the counterweight from the tonearm which reduces resonant frequencies. Tracking force is set by adjusting a precision spring (as from the wristwatch industry!) affixed to the tonearm bearing. This keeps the center of gravity directly above the bearing center.
The automatic mechanism is sizable and comprised of many parts. Thusly it requires a substantial cutout from the main plinth. Enclosed hollow spaces in turntables are cavernous propagators of vibration & resonance. By employing a suspended sub-chassis, we decouple the tonearm, cartridge and drive mechanism from the solid, high-mass main chassis, eliminating hollow spaces and their adverse effects on sound quality.
A2’s automatic mechanism is fully handmade in Germany and builds on decades worth of experience in the manufacturing of turntables. Upwards of 98% of it’s parts & components are made and produced in Germany (either within the factory or in its immediate vicinity). The main chassis is designed & made in Austria and assembly takes place in Germany.
